I like that you posted a variety of angles. The design does look quite haphazard. The stairwell looks a bit intriguing. . . as if from a sketch not fully thought through by an M. C. Escher admirer. One almost doubts the stairs lead anywhere!

And u said it right its indeed Haphazard. its neither looking perfect nor feels like from any architectural book.
And what I thought that stairway was started to be parallel to the pathway on right but then it could not make the entrance spacious so it ended mid way no parallel from any of the path ways.
