Colorful . I find it so like our lives. We know that our life has so many problems - issues (almost half of our life filled with these) still other half always have Colors, Lights and Positivity. Only if we focus on what's important, Happiness, rest everything has no power to make us gloomy. . what i found intriguing in this frame was how that Bulb lighting less than 1/3rd of frame, i.e. Yellow Pillar.. but then the Blue Wooden Door behind it was so enticing to me. I couldn't resist clicking it despite knowing the rest half of the frame would be badly underexposed. . Prayer Time . He had his eyes closed and hands folded while praying to God. So he dint look at me before or while clicking but yes the moment i clicked and was looking at LCD screen he did look at me. Not sure was he angry or confused. . also this is only photo for which i observed the subject for good 15 minutes, figuring out what he is doing. Then found a good place to stand and focus on him before clicking. Universal Fact: Morning Tea IS The Most Important thing... . I was observing this outlet for a long time a sit was empty and thought to click but then entered this gentleman with cup of tea in hand my heart said "wait... add him too. that would be more interesting" and i waited till he settled down on right side and took his first sip. And i clicked. . Composition wise best part... I could add Leading lines, through shadow of tent on road below and those carts of veggies. . I am happy girl.. as this was another well thought, planned and then properly executed photograph. . PS street photography is addictive. Practicing Street Photography is way tougher for me than i imagined. I used to think "whats big deal in clicking people on streets". but after spending 3 hours, clicked 172 images, with some 10-15 images i can say okish and just 4 as per my expectations.. i can say i hav a looog way to go... still I could ask the permission from the person, on phone, before framing my shot and clicked. . what i loved abt this composition was Red Color wall and Green Banana leave.. added such colorful quotient to this whole colorless image. Then leading lines on the red wall bottom... which is taking you in towards the people sitting.Lastly person sitting in middle talking to person on right standing beside the bike. Lone Cycle . being a person who loves solitude i find Solitude everywhere. This is one such attempt. . I loved how this parked cycle made me feel so relaxed as if there is no stress and worries in life but just peace. . . #streetphotography

Attended first ever Street Photography workshop. And now i know it must be one of the most be toughest genre of photography. . Despite roaming around so many people all my well thought clicks are of still objects. Cause being an introvert its such an uphill task for me to go up to people and ask "if i can click your pic". And I only know how many good framing opportunities I had to let go simply cause i couldn't muster up courage to go and ask. . And then many frames got ruined cause I had no practice of reading and creating a frame with people in. Its such an eye opening workshop for me to realize area of improvement for my photography practice. . #streetphotography #mahatmaphulemandai
