As you know that I am keeping my promise with myself to visit at-least One Pandal each day of Ganpati Festival. So that I’ll get to practice photographing public places in front of unknown people during the Ganeshotsav. And so far the experience was beyond my expectations. I already wrote about first 4 days of Ganpati Celebrations (Day 1, 2, 3, 4) and today its 5th day I’ll be writing about.
Being an introvert its always a fish out of water experience to be on streets to photograph anything. Last week I thought of a plan which would help me in getting better trying to be in public with my camera. And I’ll be sharing that plan in this post.
During last 8 years being in Pune, I always wanted to visit Dadgu Sheth Ganesh Mandir during Ganpati Festival but it never happened. And every year I used to feel so disappointed due to that. But finally this year I was lucky, really very lucky to be able to pay Bappa a visit.
In India today was the very first day of Ganesh Utsav, the day we welcome Almighty Lord Ganesh in our Homes and Lives so that he can be with us for next 10 days. And the society I live in also had the same celebration. So I did exactly what I did last year, mustered up courage, took my camera and went out to click some pictures. And here I am sharing my experience in below blog post. So be with me and enjoy.
Don’t be… as I just said Hello (Annyeong-Haseyo) All My Friends (Chingudeul) but in Hangul i.e Korean language.
